Internet Explorer Troubleshooting

The Power of Reset!

Does your Internet Explorer frequently freeze, crash or it stops working? Here's the resolution, just hit the Reset Button and presto, you can use your internet explorer again. To do this just follow this steps:



1. Click the settings icon on the left side corner of your internet explorer, then click Internet Option.













2. A window will pop up, click advance tab and click Reset Button at the bottom.














After reset close your internet explorer and launch again.
If Reset didn't work, try to re-install your internet explorer.

How to re-install Internet Explorer on Windows 7?
Follow the steps below:

1. Click the Start button and go to Control Panel, then click Programs and click Programs and Features.

2. Click Turn Windows features on or off. If it prompts you to put a password, key in your user account password.






3. Window will appear, unchecked Internet explorer and hit ok. It will ask you to restart your computer, hit restart. If no prompt message appeared, just restart your computer











4. After restarting your computer, do the same step from one to three but this time put a check mark on Internet Explorer and restart your computer.
